Remote launches Recruit AI for global hiring solutions

Remote has unveiled Recruit AI, a tool designed to enhance the hiring process using artificial intelligence by connecting companies with global talent.

In light of the expanding remote work landscape, employers are increasingly looking to hire from a global talent pool, according to a survey conducted by Remote, which included over 4,000 recruiting leaders from 10 countries.

The survey highlighted that remote companies were almost twice as likely to face the issue of "too many candidates" as opposed to their in-office counterparts.

Recruit AI aims to simplify the hiring process by offering Matches, a feature leveraging AI to help employers find candidates best suited for their open positions. This tool is designed to go beyond simple keyword matching by considering the motivations, remote work preferences, and eligibility of candidates, as well as the necessary skills for the job.

Matches pairs with Remote's existing tool, Talent Insights, which provides detailed information on talent accessibility, hiring complications, employee benefits, cost, and salary benchmarks.

The AI-driven tool functions by allowing recruiters and hiring managers to create job descriptions on the platform, which then analyses a proprietary database of active remote candidates.

It identifies those who meet the qualifications, experience, and salary expectations, providing suitable matches within seconds.

Users can further interact with the platform to optimise results by either moving candidates to the interview stage or dismissing them. Recruit AI anticipates learning from these interactions to enhance its recommendation engine.

For job seekers, Recruit AI facilitates an efficient job search process. Candidates create profiles and opt into Matches to receive recommendations for roles suited to their skills, avoiding the often time-consuming task of traditional networking.
