Infios adds vaibe gamification to warehouse software

Infios has added vaibe to its supply chain software suite, expanding its warehouse-focused offering.
vaibe is a gamification platform for warehouse operations designed to boost engagement, motivation and productivity among frontline staff.
The addition brings warehouse execution software closer to workforce performance tools, addressing the human side of supply chain operations alongside system-led processes.
Originally created through Körber's internal digital innovation process, vaibe is now being brought into Infios, a joint venture between Körber and KKR. The move marks the latest stage in vaibe's development from an internal project to a product within a broader commercial software portfolio.
Eugene Amigud, Chief Innovation Officer at Infios, said the addition reflects the company's view that warehouse performance depends on both systems and day-to-day work on the floor.
"vaibe brings a highly practical dimension to how we think about performance in the warehouse," said Eugene Amigud, Chief Innovation Officer at Infios. "It strengthens our ability to connect system intelligence with day-to-day execution, helping customers drive better outcomes not just through technology, but through how work actually happens."
The platform is designed to fit into warehouse workflows and provide real-time feedback to workers and managers. That should help customers connect operational data with actions taken by staff in distribution environments.
Tiago Sottomayer, Chief Technology Officer at vaibe, said integrating with Infios would give the product wider reach within warehouse software environments.
"From a technology perspective, vaibe was designed to integrate seamlessly into warehouse workflows while delivering real-time feedback that drives behavior," said Tiago Sottomayer, Chief Technology Officer at vaibe. "Becoming part of Infios allows us to scale that architecture, embed deeper into operational ecosystems and accelerate how data translates into meaningful action on the floor."
Wider strategy
The addition of vaibe comes as Infios expands its supply chain software portfolio around what it calls Intelligent Supply Chain Execution. It recently introduced Infios Archer, an intelligence layer used within its AI products.
According to Infios, Archer is intended to sit inside operational workflows rather than above them. Organisations are already using it for carrier communications, order processing, shipment tracking and exception management.
vaibe sits within a broader push to connect operational software with activity on warehouse floors. The combined approach is intended to improve execution by reducing manual work, speeding up responses and supporting continuity in day-to-day operations.
Nick Retzmann, Chief Growth & Product Officer at vaibe, said joining Infios would extend the platform's reach beyond its original base.
"vaibe started with a clear focus-make work on the warehouse floor more engaging and impactful," said Nick Retzmann, Chief Growth & Product Officer at vaibe. "Joining Infios gives us the opportunity to expand that mission globally and bring those benefits to many more customers."
Infios says it serves more than 5,000 customers across 70 countries in order, warehouse and transportation management. It positions its software as helping businesses move from fragmented supply chain operations to more connected and responsive execution.
"Infios Archer represents a fundamental shift from systems of record to systems of action, connecting systems, creating shared operational context and autonomously executing decisions," said Amigud. "Infios Archer is not AI layered on top of systems. It's embedded inside execution, allowing it to sense, decide, act and learn dynamically. That's what makes Intelligent Supply Chain Execution real: the ability to connect intelligence to action, instantly and at scale."
