Customer Science Group marks 10 years with growth surge

Today

Customer Science Group has marked its tenth year in operation by reporting substantial growth and significant achievements.

Sydney-based Customer Science Group, known for its customer experience and digital transformation services, has secured a spot in The Australian Financial Review's Fast 100 List for 2024.

The company began its journey in 2014, founded by Todd Gorsuch, and has consistently expanded its expertise and client base over the past decade.

The firm first made waves by securing a contract with Service New South Wales, assisting in the design of their contact centre and overseeing the onboarding of agencies and digital programme implementations.

Since then, Customer Science Group has made strategic acquisitions to bolster its capabilities, including Doll Martin Associates in 2019, followed by Reveal Group in 2023, and Value Management Consulting in 2024.

These acquisitions have contributed to enhancements in data management, governance, security, and digital customer experience services, extending into sectors like health and aged care.

In a significant move two years prior, Customer Science Group merged with UCA, a company specialising in real-time contact centre analytics.

This merger enriched the firm's technical architecture and consulting repertoire, strengthening its ability to deliver advanced contact centre technologies.

Earlier this year, Customer Science Group launched an AI Accelerator Program.

This initiative aims to help organisations realise the potential of AI technology by facilitating its adoption swiftly and efficiently, while ensuring safety and minimal disruption.

The company currently serves over 230 clients from various sectors including enterprise, government, SMEs and start-ups. It maintains collaborations with over 50 industry partners in efforts to enhance service experiences across numerous domains, impacting safety, health, and economic outcomes, amongst others.

The firm employs 60 consultants and contractors across its national network. These professionals carry out diverse roles in project management, research, design, strategy, service operations, technology development, support, and management consulting, ensuring comprehensive service transformation project execution from inception to realisation.

In the previous year, Customer Science Group reported a 50 per cent increase in its revenue, which surpassed AUD $8 million.

This remarkable growth has earned the company recognition in one of the fastest-growing company listings in Australia.

"Our recognition in the Australian Financial Review Fast 100 2024 list reaffirms the impact of our strategic investments in service development as well as the incredible contribution of our highly skilled workforce that always aim to succeed and provide impactful customer results," commented Todd Gorsuch, Chief Executive Officer.

He continued, "Moving forward, we are committed to leading digital transformation and offering flexible, scalable services and solutions that enable organisations to adapt swiftly to the dynamic business landscape."

"At the same time, we're excited about the potential for our business in setting the benchmark for delivering services that solve complex challenges, transform processes, and unlock efficiencies through automation, AI, and data intelligence."
