Atturra partners with TCG Process to boost AI-driven automation
Atturra has signed a strategic partnership with TCG Process, aiming to address the rising appetite in Australia for automation and document management solutions driven by artificial intelligence. The agreement will see Atturra offer the TCG Process automation platform and associated services to a range of clients across sectors such as local government, education, and utilities.
Market demand
The collaboration responds to an increase in demand from Australian organisations looking to digitise processes and reduce manual workloads. Both public sector bodies and private enterprises are seeking solutions that can deliver accuracy and operational efficiency amid ongoing talent shortages and economic pressures.
Jeff Leibovici, Vice President of Sales for TCG Process, APAC, said: "We are excited to welcome Atturra to our global partner network and to help Australian public sector and private enterprises accelerate their digital business initiatives with the power of the TCG Process platform."
Platform offerings
Atturra will add TCG's OCTO platform to its business applications. OCTO combines automation tools with AI orchestration, allowing organisations to build and deploy process automation with minimal coding skills. TCG's DocProStar solution, which integrates with OCTO, delivers intelligent document processing using the same orchestration capabilities, establishing an environment suited to solving complex automation tasks.
Michael Statis, Manager - Sales and Partnerships, Business Applications at Atturra, said: "Processes are at the heart of every organisation, and as Australian businesses look to digitally accelerate, it is more critical than ever that they find ways to quickly automate labour intensive processes especially in a competitive job market compounded with a shortage of skilled workers."
Sector focus
Atturra's existing client base among local councils, education institutions, and utility providers will have access to TCG Process's automation and document management solutions. The partnership also leverages Atturra's SAP practice, with the aim of transferring learnings from international TCG Process deployments in the SAP ecosystem to Australia.
Leibovici said: "Atturra is an ideal strategic fit for TCG Process with a tremendous footprint among Australian local councils as well as in the education and utilities sectors which can now benefit from our no code platform and reinforce our ability to service the Australian market. Atturra also has a robust SAP practice that will be able to take advantage of the learnings of hundreds of TCG Process SAP customer deployments around the world that have successfully implemented our document and data driven solutions."
No-code automation
The partnership aims to make process automation accessible to users with no or limited software development experience. Statis said: "By working with TCG Process we'll be able to complement our existing business applications portfolio with the TCG Process agnostic, no code, out of the box solution. This will enable our end user clients across a variety of market segments with little or even no coding experience or training to become more involved in digital transformation projects."
Safe AI implementation
The TCG platform includes features intended to ensure the accuracy of AI-generated data, such as retrieving augmented generation (RAG) techniques and guardrails to eliminate errors associated with AI hallucinations. Statis said: "Additionally, the TCG platform makes AI safe by applying RAG and guardrails that eliminate AI hallucinations to ensure 100 per cent correct data and straight through processing."
Email automation
Atturra will also provide the TCG Process Email Triage Accelerator solution, designed to automate the management and categorisation of emailed communications. This tool is targeted at local governments looking to handle high volumes of citizen correspondence and internal documentation more efficiently.
Skills and support
TCG Process will provide Atturra with sales training, certification, and technical support to enhance its capability in delivering these new solutions. Leibovici said: "The systems integration space is a cost competitive one and our partners have to demonstrate that they can both offer service and technical excellence."
"We are constantly focused on evolving solutions for digital automation and look forward to successfully building out our TCG Process practice and jointly supporting companies in their drive to more effectively automate, orchestrate and optimise business processes," said Statis.
