Medallia, a global pioneer in customer and employee experience, has announced the appointment of Nick Martin as its new Senior Vice President International. Based in London, Martin will guide the firm's operations across EMEA and APAC with a focus on expanding its client base and delivering value for its customers.

Martin steps into this role with more than 25 years of experience, having served at customer-focused organisations including AWS, where he held the position of Head of Enterprise Industries, and Google Cloud, where he was Head of Retail, CPG and Travel Industries. The role will see him leading Medallia's commercial organisation across EMEA and APAC to ensure customer value and business outcomes are achieved. He will also be tasked with growing current customer relationships and building the partner network - a crucial part of the company's future go-to-market strategy.

His career to date has been marked by a conscious effort to drive business success through customer value and growth. He has emphasised breaking down internal barriers in order to deliver better outcomes for customer-facing organisations. This experience is seen as vital for his new role at Medallia.
