Bloomreach expands in APAC with key leadership hire

Bloomreach has expanded its presence in the Asia-Pacific region with the appointment of Kris Fagan as Vice President, APAC.

The company, known for its focus on e-commerce personalisation, has announced its continued global growth, signalling its dedication to delivering personalised customer experiences to businesses worldwide. Bloomreach already supports a number of leading businesses in the APAC region, including SM Retail, Bluebell, Repco, Spotlight Retail Group, and MILKRUN, a division of Australian grocery chain Woolworths.

The recent expansion is bolstered by strategic hires in the region, including the new Vice President for APAC, Kris Fagan. Fagan brings significant enterprise and account experience from mParticle, PagerDuty, and Dropbox, having previously led a team that focused on sales, partnerships, and operations, especially enhancing customer satisfaction and market presence within the APAC region.
