Aryza & GoCardless expand global payment solutions

Aryza Group has expanded its partnership with GoCardless to enhance payment solutions on a global scale.

GoCardless has been a crucial part of Aryza's payment systems since they became technology partners in 2022. This enhanced partnership aims to integrate additional GoCardless solutions directly into Aryza's platform, expanding the capabilities offered to Aryza's customers.

Aryza will incorporate GoCardless' open banking-powered Instant Bank Pay (IBP) technology into its loan and lease management software, Aryza Lend, starting in 2025. This integration will provide Aryza customers with more payment options by offering merchants an alternative method for instant, one-off payments and reducing costs associated with traditional card transactions.

The agreement also includes using GoCardless' Success+ to enhance the customer experience by recovering failed payments. Success+ uses machine learning, drawing from millions of transactions processed each year by GoCardless, to optimally time payment retries, typically recovering two-thirds of failed payments on average.

Aryza plans to extend GoCardless' payment solutions beyond the UK and Ireland, deploying Direct Debit and IBP solutions throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America.
