Loop launches Ship by Loop to slash return shipping costs

Loop, a returns and reverse logistics platform, has introduced Ship by Loop, a new solution designed to facilitate both domestic and international return shipments. This new offering aims to provide merchants with a broader selection of global carriers, enabling them to compare rates and achieve significant savings on return shipments.

The company has indicated that with Ship by Loop, brands can either use their existing carrier accounts or benefit from Loop's pre-discounted rates, which offer savings of up to 91% off standard carrier rates. Additionally, the returns experience is designed to be user-friendly, offering options such as QR codes for select carriers as an alternative to printed labels, and the ability to generate labels in 13 different countries.

Ship by Loop features two specialised shipping options: Ship by Loop US Domestic powered by EasyPost and Ship by Loop Worldwide powered by Easyship. These options are tailored to optimise shipping for both local U.S. and global shipments, making the process more efficient for merchants.

"With Ship by Loop, we are offering brands of all sizes the tools they need to reduce the costs and burdens associated with reverse logistics, elevating their post-purchase experience for shoppers around the world," said Kristen Kelly, Vice President of Product at Loop.
