Ecommpay shortlisted for three categories at PayTech Awards 2025

Ecommpay, a global payments platform, has been shortlisted for three categories at the PayTech Awards 2025.

The platform has received nominations for the Best Consumer Payments System, Best Solution for Combatting Fraud in Payments, and Woman in PayTech – Marketing Leader categories. The PayTech Awards recognise significant achievements in the payments and financial technology industry and are now in their eighth year.

The Best Solution for Combatting Fraud in Payments nomination acknowledges Ecommpay's partnership with Cable, aimed at enhancing safeguards against financial crime. The collaboration has set what the company describes as a new benchmark in the industry for preventing and combating fraud.

The nomination for Best Consumer Payments System is attributed to Ecommpay's global payments platform, which is designed to provide technology and tailored solutions that cater to diverse markets. The platform supports both global and local acquiring and integrates over 100 payment methods. Ecommpay continues to develop features such as orchestration, open banking, recurring billing, and direct debits within its platform.

Miranda McLean, Chief Marketing Officer, has been shortlisted in the Woman in PayTech – Marketing Leader category. McLean has led the 'Ecommpay for Good' initiative, which focuses on accessibility, inclusion, and diversity both within Ecommpay and throughout the payments sector by participating in pro bono roles across the industry.

The winners of the PayTech Awards 2025 will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held at the Honourable Artillery Company in London. Last year's event saw attendance from over 200 industry leaders and decision-makers.
